We have created HCPFORUM to bring professionals from the entire spectrum of Healthcare into the ecosystem of knowledge sharing and collaboration. We have tried our level best to explain some common queries, however you can ask  your unanswered queries or doubt at support@hcpforum.in

How do I upload a profile photo?
To add a profile photo on the web, open your profile page and select Edit Profile. Click Update Avatar to choose a photo. Position it within the frame, and click Update. Scroll to the bottom and click Save to save all changes.

How do I update my username?
HCPForum is a professional platform and we encourage you to create a username that is your name, an abbreviated version of it, or a professional nickname .

If you would like to change your username, please send your preferred username to support@hcpforum.com.

How do I update my email address?

On the web, select your profile icon and select Preferences. Edit your email address and select Update, at the bottom.

How do I change my specialty?
If you would like to change your specialty, please send your username and desired specialty to verification@hcpforum.com

How do I fill in my Profile?
Filling in your bio gives people more information about your background and experience.

On the web, open your profile page and select Edit Profile. Here, you can add your name, location, years of experience, workplace, and any other relevant information. Scroll to the bottom and click Save to save all changes or Cancel to revert the changes.

How do I add or remove a practice area or interest?
Currently, practice areas and interests can only be added or removed. To add practice areas or interests to your profile, open your profile and select Edit . Scroll to the bottom of this screen and select Add Practice Areas or Interests. You can choose a category from the list or search for a specific category by entering it in the search bar. Tap the box to the right of a category to select your Practice Area or Interest. Tap Done to accept your changes or Back to cancel.

To remove a practice area or interest, open your profile and select . Tap the X right of a category and then tap Done to accept your changes.

What is Engagement Index?

Engagement Index highlights engaged members of the HCPFORUM community. When you share clinical knowledge or any healthcare related information, you provide learning opportunities for your colleagues and increase your engagement index. You can increase your score by filling out your profile information, contributing cases, and sharing comments. This feature is currently not available.  Once we start ,members will be eligible for engagement index, members  will be able find their rating  on their profile.

How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, select the Forgot Password link on the login screen and enter the email associated with your Hcpforum account. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you. You will be asked to follow the link provided, where you will then enter your new password.

You can also change your password from within the app. Open your profile, tap the gear icon, and select Reset Password.

How do I customize the notifications I receive?
Push notifications are the best way to stay updated on cases you’ve shared and other cases you are following. To customize your notification settings, open your profile and tap the gear icon. Tap Notification Settings and select the notification settings you prefer.

How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account is permanent. To delete your account, go to your profile, tap the gear icon, then tap and hold the Logout button until you see a prompt to delete your account. If you have already deleted the HCPFORUM  from web app, please contact us.

If you would also like to stop receiving our emails, please unsubscribe your email address before deleting your account.  To unsubscribe on the web, go to your profile, select Preferences and then Email Preferences. Select Uncheck All at the bottom of the page and then select Update email preferences.
